Oak Grove Goes to Colonial Beach's Annual Fireman's Parade

Members from Oak Grove VFD spent countless hours washing, waxing, polishing, and buffing all the apparatus in preperation for the 59th Annual Colonial Beach Fireman's Parade on Friday, June 11, 2010. All their hard work didnt go unnoticed however; With many awards won by Oak Grove VFD, everyone at the paradce including the judges seemed to like what the members had done, and wore! Thats right, the volunteers from Oak Grove VFD took home not only the "Best Appearing in Westmoreland County", but also "Best Appearing in State". Response 4, Brush 4, Engine 4, and Tanker 4 all took home awards for their respective categories! Below are pictures from the parade.
