On June 10, 2010 at approx. 12:00 hrs, Engine Company 4 and Medic 1 were toned out for a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Kings Hwy. near the King George and Westmoreland County Line. Engine 4 and Medic 1 responded quickly, followed by Response 4. Engine 4 was first to arrive on scene. There was one vehicle that appeard to have spun around and possibly rolled over once in the East bound land. The driver of the car was out of the vehicle and appeared to have only minor injuries to the head and arms. Engine 4 and Response 4 provided care to the patient until Medic 1 arrived on scene. The patient was then taken to Mary Washington Hospital. Engine 4 and Response 4 remained on scene to assist with clean up and traffic direction.
