At approximately 03:00 Hrs, Engine Co. 1, Engin Co. 4, and Rescue Station 1 were toned out for a structure fire on Rt. 3 in Oak Grove across from Stop In. Chief 4 quickly added Engine Co. 2, Engine Co. 3, and King George Fire Departments for more tankers. Engine 4 responded quickly with a crew of 5, followed by Tanker 4. Engine 4 arrived on scene first to find an unoccupied two story residence with fire showing on the Delta side.  Lines were pulled while tanker 4 established a water supply. Due to the fact that the fire was so far along by the time firefighters arrived on scene, the house was almost a complete loss as firefighters fought the fire for hours.The cause of the fire is still under investogation.
