On Wednesday, April 5, 2010, Engine Company 4 and Engine Company 2 were toned out for a large brush fire at the History Land Nursery in Richmond County. Tanker 4 arrived on scene shortly after Engine 21. The nursery had set fire to a large pile of brush and plants that were no longer good to sell. The fire had spread too quickly and the nursery needed assistance. Tanker 4, Engine 4, and Brush 4 helped Engine 21 and Tankers from Richmond County extinguish the fire.
