At approx. 1300 Hrs. on Monday, March 1, 2010, Engine Company 4, Medic 3, and Medic 2  were toned out for a two vehicle accident at the intersection of Ferry Landing Rd. and James Monroe Hwy near the Mattox Creek Bridge. Medics 2 and 3, Response 4 and Wagon 4 all responded quickly. Upon arrival, occupants of both vehicles were out and walking around. All occupants refused medical treatment so both Medic units were put back in service by command. Once the vehicles were removed from the roadway, Response 4 and Wagon 4 went back in service.
