Chief 4 "Ever" Ira Marks Print this page Ira Edward Marks (1956-2008) a son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Ira cared very much about his community. Serving as Chief of OGVFD and running with the Colonial Beach Volunteer Rescue Squad, he still managed to find time for everyone. He touched everyone he met. OGVFD did not just lose a chief, the community lost a dear friend. The man himself may be gone but never forgotten, for we have his memories in our hearts that nobody can take away. You are loved and missed Chief 4!
